Who runs this site

theuncoder.com is run by TheUncoder (Muhammed Dhilshad), a freelancer based in Bangalore, India. You can reach me at mail4theuncoder@gmail.com.

The enquiry form

When you send the project form I receive the details you type: your name, email, the message, and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, company or website, the type of work you need, when you want to start, and a preferred day for a call. The form is delivered to me by email through my web host’s mail server. The website does not store these details in a database. I use them only to reply to you and to scope your project, and I keep the email in my inbox for as long as it is useful for that conversation.

A hidden field and a rate limit on the form help block spam. Your IP address is used briefly by the server to count recent submissions and is not kept with your message.

Email

If you email me directly, I use your message and address only to reply.

What your browser stores

This site saves a few small settings in your own browser (local storage) and nowhere else: your light or dark theme choice, your best scores on the UX Test, which test questions you have already seen, and any post draft you write in the post composer. They never leave your device. You can clear them in your browser settings.

Fonts and other services

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives a standard request from your browser (such as your IP address) when a page loads. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Credly and LearnWith go to other sites with their own policies. The Lab may load additional Google Fonts to show the font pair of the day.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics is added later, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct or delete any message you have sent through the form by emailing mail4theuncoder@gmail.com.
